Parra or Sharks

Who would we rather play Parra or Sharks? Of course it's possible we could play the Cowboys but hard to see them winning today and again next week.

They are both potentially tricky opponents. Parra are a good team peaking at the right time. They are playing with a lot of confidence and have players who can create tries from nothing particularly Semi. And we would probably have to play them at ANZ. Confident we'd take them but they are not the same side we smashed earlier in the year and could be a handful.

Sharks....if it comes to it we should beat them easily. But we always say that. They like playing us and would back themselves. Probably not as easy as it should be. This game would probably be at Allianz.

i think it will be parra. I think they will beat the sharks. I think we'll win but they deserve respect. They gave the storm quite a fright and probably only lost due to the cummins special treatment 6-0 2nd half penalties.

Yeah as if the NRL will purposely give preference to a club that cheated their cap recently or drug cheats. It's the luck of the draw as how Cronulla won last year.

As for this year, I hope we get the Cowboys in 2 weeks. They are hanging by a thread.

And the Storm will probably face Brisbane so I'm sure it will be a match to the death with them. Expect Blair to try and injure a few Storm players. I also think we get an extra day recovery before the GF...i think.

I don't like these last few minutes of desperation when we've bombed a few tries earlier in which we could have won it easier. Im thinking that if we would have scored all those bombed tries throughout the year, our +/- would have been closer to the Storm. I'd prefer Parra. I'd hate to play Cronulla. Parra IMO just played their grand final. Still, truly hoping it's the cows.

I was thinking about how long it has been since we beat Parramatta in a finals match. It hasn't happened in my lifetime. We lost in 1977, 1981 and 1982. Prior to that, I'd have to look at the record books.

I can still remember Tetevanos bombing a try against the Warriors where all he had to do was to pass to his left and a certain try, but he chose to believe he would get there and missed by 1 foot...It's very funny now but not then...and in that game I think Cordner bombed a try too in the same manner that he did a few weeks ago...They should go on the funniest moments video.
