  • saturday 23rd september Roosters vs Eels ANZ stadium

should the Eels win next week against the Cowboys, would be almost willing to bet our game against the Eels will be on the Saturday night at ANZ stadium.

if you told me in February we would be playing in a prelim against the Eels and have our whole squad available to pick from, I would of taken that in a heartbeat.

At the moment, it's their home ground. They lose week one and could still end up with a qualifying final at home. Bit rich.

it will happen because the NRL will want all the bandwagon Eels fans to pack out ANZ, its ridiculous as we earned the right for it to be at Allianz.

Eels can be dangerous, if they have one of those games where all the passes stick we might struggle to hold them.

We have the wood on them big time. Plus they are massively overrated. They won't be able to handle our pack.

It doesn't matter if we play them here or there. We will beat them anywhere...

WE WOULD BEAT THEM IN A BOAT.
AND WE WOULD BEAT THEM WITH A GOAT...
AND WE WILL BEAT THEM, IN THE RAIN.
AND IN THE DARK. AND ON A TRAIN.
AND IN A CAR. AND IN A TREE.
WE ARE SO GOOD, SO GOOD, YOU SEE!
SO WE WILL BEAT THEM IN A BOX.
AND WE WILL BEAT THEM WITH A FOX.
AND WE WILL BEAT THEM IN A HOUSE.
AND WE WILL BEAT THEM WITH A MOUSE.
AND WE WILL BEAT THEM HERE AND THERE.
SAY! WE WILL BEAT THEM ANYWHERE!

seems the NRL has set the game for the 23rd at Allianz, so I guessed the date but got the venue wrong.

Preliminary Final: Saturday, September 23, 7.40pm, Allianz Stadium
NRL: Sydney Roosters v Winner of Eels/Cowboys

Cows have still got very solid defense. I don't think they will fear Parra and if it gets into a slog I want to be on the Cows

                            They were both 50/50's

Law of probability always said you would get one right and one wrong

                            Stats matter!

was really surprised they set the schedule already, thought they would wait until the combatants were known, i'm sure they would of loved to have it at ANZ if it Is indeed the Eels that make the prelim.
