  • Our main threats next week?

We can all agree the cows were clinical tonight.

    1. Morgan was good
    2. Their forwards solid
    3. Mostly, they were error free
    4. Goal line defence was good.

Their performance this week was better than last week. They are playing extremely well for a team without their main playmaker and forward's leader.

What are our major concerns for next week? Thoughts?

Discipline will be the story. So we're our biggest threats. Along with Godalolo and Morgan of course.

The team that doesn't beat themselves (Cowboys) vs the team that at times seemingly does everything within their power to lose!

Our best friend is that clash we had vs the Cows about 8 weeks ago.

It was a tough clash and we know exactly what to expect. We won't be getting blindsided.

Our biggest threat is our own dumb plays. Cue Ferguson & Friend.

James Hooper on Fox has already started with the cows fairytale ending story of "backs against the wall team coming good"

Sure the media will flog this headline a thousand times this week now that parra is out

Morgan's game especially his kicking game and probing runs.
Taumalolo in the second half once defenders are tired, he seems to get stronger as the game wears on.
Friend and Pearce's kicking game especially between the 20th and 60th minutes.
Their low error rate, strong defense and ability to stay in the arm wrestle.
                    Their big game experience.

We turn up and play well for the majority of the game we should win but we often don't

The cowboys may just be too good for us. The way they played as a team showed that good teamwork and discipline can beat a Jennings and a Radrada. Their kicking game puts ours to shame, all those repeat sets. All we seem to do is give away 7 tackle restarts. From what I saw tonight they are a much better team than us and their kicking game makes Pearce look like an amateur. Id much rather have played the eels.

The first part of what you said is true. As for the rest, I hope you don't come on here celebrating when the 'better team' loses next week.

Like all of this season, our biggest threat is ourselves. Stupid mistakes and dumb penalties. Our destiny is in our hands.

Parra were pathetic and threw nothing at The Cows. Their pack is a joke.

Looked a most physical contest. ALthough parra not a great pack, both teams must be sore. Cows won through the middle.

tetvano and hopefully a fit toups strengthens our forwards up yet another level. Also the weeks rest can't be underestimated

I have no problem with this. Seriously everyone gave them no chance without JT and Scott, they have done amazingly well so credit to them.
They will be in for a shock this week though as we're the next level compared to Parra
