It makes me sick that that was Connor's and Aidan's last game as Roosters. Not quite the Cronk and Tohu like send off. Geez I really don't like the Roosters at the moment.

As Aidan said in a interview he doesn't want to take the Roosters jersey off and as for Connor the club invested in his future and quite possibly played a part in his scholarship to Knox Grammar them to let him go when his team lacks his enthusiasm and speed is just outright ludricous. I wish these 2 every success and more so Watson whose future is exciting. He has a good head on his shoulders unlike a certain winger who got a extended 1 yr deal.

I like Aiden and Conner just as much as the next fan.

But Guerra is approaching twilight of his career and commands biggish dollars as an Origin player. It's smart cap management to move him on now, not to mention his form has been up and down. There will be more downs than ups from here on in.

As for Connor, the only 2 positions that really suit his skillset are Fullback and running Five Eighth. Doesn't have the organisational skills, kicking skills or even passing game to be a top shelf 7 at this stage. And with Tedesco in the no1 and Keary in the no6, there is just no room as good as he is sadly. Square peg, round hole.

I can see Junior playing hooker for Australia one day . An athlete , great defender, powerful explosive runner with a good pass. BUT a crafty creative scheming match winning half back he'll never be. We need to plan for the future and get someone who can !

Yeah on that great defence where was that with NQ first try, in the past seasons he has been a good defender but he's missed plenty this year.
