The big 3 for Melbourne are the best 3 players playing together that I have ever seen.
I think all 3 are champion blokes but that Cameron Smith is a true champion. The bloke was doing up his daughters shoe lace after the game.He is to be admired.
That club & particularly those 3 work harder than anyone. Like the saying says the harder you work the more luck you have.
Congratulations to the Storm, I am envious of them.
Im glad the Chooks didnt make the GF because they would have lost.

Just NAAAAAAH... our deficiencies in defence were too great this season. Also, this was Melbourne’s year. The whole season has been all about Melbourne + the 3 QLD wankaz. Massive QLD/Melbourne circlejerk all year and you can’t break that... just gotta wait for better timing.

We were lucky to make it to a preliminary final and have much to learn if we wanna win a GF. Now, off-season. Can’t wait ‘till Teddy arrives and we start preparing for the 2018 premiership.

In light of the waste of time the Cows were in the GF (like Dogs in 2014) I forced myself to watch the "highlights' of our game last week. What a pathetic feeble disgrace. Kick offs going dead. Being pushed back in goal. No respect for possession. And the tackle attempt by Pearce on Martin for their first try should see him immediately sacked by the club.

Losing in such a manner to a bunch of nothings that should not have been anywhere near a GF. It's the most embarrassing loss I can remember. Even in the 2003 and 2004 big ones it was not impossible to see the other side winning. Last week the Cows had no chance. That is, until our idiots showed up thinking they had already won the game. The scar from that game will never go away. Three losing prelims in a row. I am still so pissed off about it.

How could any player or team be so stupid as to take a Prelim Final for granted?

If that was the case then it's a shocking indictment on the team.

Alternatively if they simply suffered from stage fright then equally that doesn't bode well for our next knock out finals game against a Thurston, Morgan, Smith (a qld playmaker with guts and composure basically).

Robbo and Uncle Nick must still be filthy. And tbh for the first time ever I'm a little filthy at Robbo for that team... Tupou on the bench for 70min? Madness.

Without doubt it was a poor team selection and a poor game plan but sometimes a team just dosnt turn up and this was one of these times.We had the players to win comfortably against the cows just as the storm did in the grand final even in spite of the coaches brain snap.Just the way it went down Robbo does have to carry the can for that Tobins right.
