No point picking a team till we don't have to include Anasta and Minichelo, especially Mini. You want to see a good fullback in action watch Luke Burt tonight against the Storm. Try saver on his line and super pick up in the same set on opposite sides of the park. Busted his arse all night. Watching Mini is painful.

    Chook.

ROZ 20s is no indication as the real test is week in week out of Big League, there is already calls for 20s to go to 23s nationally as the jump is too great from boys to men, where is Boyd after 2 games ? no disrespect to Boyd, but with a few more years too mature and toughen up comes the inner strength and intuition to sustain the punishment and avoid the injury causing situations - have no illusions this is a tough game which needs tough men.

beguurk where is Linnet? my mail was he was pulled because the club were not happy he was in discussion with another Club even though they have not signed him yet.

I don't think you can say graham does anything with energy... he is good on his feet and though he has dropped pace over the years still fairly quick (yes i saw his chase on barba) but anytime he returns the bal lhe looks like he needs a walker... slowest returns in the game... we don't need to replace 1 retiring player with another

I thought Graham's strategy was to look for a hole and hit it, rather than run a kamikaze like Minichiello. In all fairness Mini gets dominated in every return the ball and Graham would likely get smashed even worse. Graham is obviously not a fullback but a stop-gap solution but his slow returns seem to be his tactic rather than an inability to run.

How much better do you want Guerra to be??? He is killing it atm and looks as though he is ONLY getting better with each run in the top grade.

Cordner and Lowe could potentially be the best players ever... They could potentially be run of the mill first graders... But they could also potentially turn to dust.

GUERRA for 2012! Join the campaign NOW!!!

I could not agree more. Dugan is injury prone and a fart away from a brain explosion.

This is the way I hope our side looks by the end of 2012. By this time Mini has been released to play European Rugby and Braith has been put out for the season after a suspicious incident at a club fan day. Jason Ryles was reasonable to start the season but has punched his last ticket by round 12.

Alofa Alofa (I think we've got something with this kid)
Tau Tau Moga (pains me to put him on the wing, but will definitely be somewhere in there by mid year)
                    BJ Leilua
                    Shaun Kenny-Dowall
                    Sam Perrett
                    Todd Carney
                    Mitchell Pearce
                    Lama Tasi
                    Jake Friend
                    Martin Kennedy
                    Boyd Cordner
                    Mitchell Aubusson
Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (Playing him at lock will give us size and great go forward. Could turn into a Gallen-type player)

Anthony Mitchell (Dumbrell will be nipping at his heels by late 2012)
                    Mose Masoe
Kane Evans (great replacement for Ryles without the stupid penalties and a better workrate)
                    Aiden Guerra

Its a good looking side, but I actually think its too young. The leadership role would fall onto Pearce, Friend, Maubs and Kennedy and I'm not sure they are ready. Unfortunately all our players providing the experience (Ryles, Mini, Myles and Anasta) are either playing crap or gone. Just another reason we should not have got rid of Myles....

If Ryles and Anasta go, I think we will need to buy an experienced forward to replace them.

I also hope we are still looking at a purchase in the outside backs. There is a centre, wing and fullback spot up for grabs, so there will still be room for the younger blokes if they are good enough.

He went from 'Frank the Tank', to 'Thomas the Tank Engine' lol.
Went from an animal to a pussy cat.
Used to be intimidating, now gets intimidated?
Has his massive contract had the opposite effect?

lol, more questions than answers on FPN.

Has he gone Mormon on us?

Jack Bosden will be in the mix somewhere.
Born and bred in the eastern suburbs.
