It is no coincidence that the majority of posters who are against the idea of signing Cronk, have displayed over a long period or short in some cases that they have little clue about rugby league. Their posts are laughable and their justifications for keeping Pearce just hilarious. I lol'd at the suggestion that Pearce would be the perfect partner for DCE, just like Pearce was supposed to be the perfect partner for Jackson Hastings. Simply no clue whatsoever. Some muppet said Cronk would struggle at the Roosters because he wouldn't have the talent alongside him like he did at the Storm. Please, we have one of the best few rosters in the league. Another idiot said Teddy should prepare to switch to Centre, before he was too old, just like Billy Slater did, oh hang on.

      Nah.
Very difficult to win an NRL premiership.

Paul Green did not win the premiership this year...so should he be sacked?
      No.

Bellamy came first, Green came second, and Robbo came third [second in the comp before the finals.]

You have nothing to worry about King coz I have great mail that Parramatta will sign Cronk. I also have great mail that Parramatta will sign Tupou. I also have great mail that Tedesco is signing with the Bulldogs.

I can cut and paste all this great mail if you like?

Sorry but how you expect anyone to believe your 'predictions' is beyond me.

Angst was a great horse. Backed him a few times. Unfortunately had a heart attack or similar at a young age.

If Roosters sign Cronk there is nothing less than a premiership win expected and if no premiership it will be goodbye Robbo for sure and certain- this maybe even occur if no Cronk signing too.

What Robbo needs to do is to change his coaching style including better game plans/ team selections /usage of players from the bench including not selecting unfit players on the bench/ eradiate the errors the same players make week in and week and have a better system of developing and fast tracking players to NRL standard - Looking at our potential 36 squad for 2018 (30 NRL players and 6 development players)- there is a real drop off in NRL experience in many positions after the main 17 or 18 players.

Wont be a contender if players say 19 to 30 and 36 are not NRL standard or ready which one has to say they are not - need a very very low injury run in 2018 as a result of the lack of depth.
This would be the case with most clubs.

I'm hearing the Silvertails forum might be offering him a contract if he brings Pearce to Brooky.

Does Uncle Nick even know that the chookpen exists?

So say we get the minor premiership next year but happen to miss out on the GF. Would Robbo be the first coach ever sacked after getting the minor premiership, make that 4 minor premierships (plus a 2nd place) and a premiership in 6 years?

FM you come up with some sh!t ffs.

                  Obvious troll.

Might even be a Souffs fan.

I suspect the King is King in name only and in reality is nothing but a serf, bowing and scraping to the demands of dictators like Politis and Gould. He rules nothing but his own imagination.

He sings from the Politis and Gould songbook very well, so gets points for loyalty to his rulers.

                      Not me.

The King comes on here and talks Footy with passion. Makes a fine contribution. Much better than the trolls of past and present.

I like KS. He talks footy. He does need to stop believing everything he reads in the Telecrap though. And he also needs to start saying 'I read' rather than 'I hear' whenever he makes his 'predictions' about player movements and the like.

I rarely if ever agree with him but, as the saying goes, I will fight to the death to protect his right to be so utterly and completely wrong.

But according to Uncle Nick he wants Pearce at the club till he is 35. Pearce is not being forced out, Pearce will leave of his own accord should we sign Cronk because he seems to think, he should not or does not want to fight for a spot. If we get Cronk I dont care if Pearce leaves, even more so by all accounts that is if this is what happens then we will have some money to sign a forward or even two.
