Channel 9 has photos of today's "show down" meeting between Pearce/Robbo.

Foxsports reporting an announcement on Pearce's future should come tomorrow

I reckon Cooper will make a couple or many strategic and team related recommendations to Robbo and the coaches.
Hes gonna be analysed and judged super closely without the Storm enormous proven strengths.

                    What about Archer’s crackdown?

It will be especially hard when he's biding his time on the bench.

He's not too hard on the eyes either for us ladies.

Ok I'll admit to being one of those. Fortunately I didn't make any brave Steakface type statements though!
I'm also still not convinced the club has done the right thing in spending so much money on a 34 year old either.

Exactly. If all else goes to hell in handcart, at least us Chookies will have some eye candy to distract us. Cronk and Mick Gordon are like good wine - they improve with age.

Do have to say though, when I was watching the early minutes of the test last Friday I could have sworn Pearce had been mentoring Cronk, not the other way round ...

Oh well, Cronk deal is done so everyone has to live with it - players, club and fans. Final piece of the puzzle is whether Mitch goes or stays. I was thinking it would be best if he goes, but I've changed my mind - I'd prefer him to stay, just so he can piss of the Pen's Ray and Johnny for the foreseeable future. Give it a test run of 6 months at least Mitch - you can escape if you'd like before 30 June or at the end of 2018 if it's not working.

Supporting the RW&B, through good times and bad times.

especially if it's 1/9th of the cap - 12 or so players are free agents on November 1 - need to sort out those they want to re-sign as quickly as possible - money could well become an issue
