Pearce wants to play half back...Club signs Cronk, and tells Pearce to play super sub or no 6.

He won't be paid a cent because if he leaves it will be his choice. The club has publicly stated countless times that they want him to stay (whether deep down the club really wants that, who knows). But if he asks for a release then the club would not pay any part of his salary.

I think the reality is that it will be a moot point anyway as there will be a few clubs out there that are willing to pay his full salary or more.

Has to make a decision soon probably this week imo.The other interested clubs need to know as well as they are all starting to have a run, we need to know as well.Like i said in another thread i reckon he will go to the knights for around a million a season but manly could be a bolter depending on how they are going with the cap.

We need Pearce to stay...because when they bash Keary out of games with late and high unpenalised tackles ...and vicious flops ... worse than they did this year...gutless wonders, pick on the smallest bloke on the field...we'll need Pearce to replace him.
