Needs to happen because it seems some players have gotten comfortable/complacent. Hopefully it's a wakeup call to the few who don't get shipped out. I know some will say......but hold on, we finished second and made the prelim and most clubs would be happy with that......but after last season, I reckon if we don't change things around a bit, then we could be on a bit of a slippery slope.
