I am just waiting on my source to confirm this news, although they mentioned there might be a chance Burgess has not signed. I was originally told he signed but I will keep you posted. Although I can confirm Burgess is in Sydney so there might be some truth to come out of this, one way or another.

Phantom, a question of you if I may, about Stanley, as you appear to have spoken with him. Do you think the Roosters have treated him poorly? Does he think the Roosters have treated him poorly? I suspect you're going to say double-standards have been applied in his case but I would have thought all the players were on notice not to misbehave in any way (unless your name is Mitchell Pearce). I wish him well in Melbourne and hope he finds redemption there.
