When you look at centres you see speed and able to make breaks. Jennings, The Jet, Chambers, tau tau, Dylan Walker...Pearce has none of that.

out of that group only Chambers and Walker are what you might call goog centres Moga is crap especially in defense, Jennings only plays 10 mins each week (goes missing for 70) and while I love the way the Jet imbecile runs his defense is crap too

Ok perhaps Tau Tau may have been an odd choice cause I was trying to think of others...but as far as Jennings goes, he has been good at all levels.. perhaps he's coming to the end of his NRL career but he has been up there. The Jet, Walker and Chambers have their strengths & weaknesses but regardless they are centres whereas Pearce is not a centre. He doesn't have what they have to play that role. Half, hooker or maaaaaybe 5/8... but nothing else.

Jennings though, even when he was good (and with us) he was a lazy sod that didn't do much . When he did it was sometimes spectacular but he played a lot of time having a rest

I thought the best thing about Jennings when he was with us was his defense, it took me by suprise how good he was ( just a tad better than Fergo and Manu ) Jennings try in the GF was worth whatever we paid him for his entire stint at the club !!

Have you ever seen a Cheetah do a long chase? Likewise speedsters are explosive and burn out quick. Still remember his take-off at the 2013 GF to score...Yes spectacular.
