A bit of discomfort won't hurt them. It's no different to them going on one of those boot camps in the pre-season where they would do exactly the same type of thing, only out in the middle of nowhere.

I have no problem with them having to spend a night on Allianz, it's a far cheaper option than taking them away on a bonding weekend somewhere, or some type of army style camp.

There are people who sleep out rough every night of the week out of necessity and survive the experience - the Chooks players can think themselves fortunate it's only a one off for them.

Unless they had to buy them a pie, chips and a drink. They could have flown first class to Paris and still had money left over to get a croissant.

I'm struggling to picture Storm boy happily tucking into a pie, chips and drink, or a croissant for that matter. I'm thinking an organic option for him ...

last chance though next year or hes lost mine
I'm sure Robbo is terrified at the thought.

Apparently Toups slept on the sideline until about 5am, then joined the lads for the last couple hours.

                      Why stop there?
I submit that we should do the rounds and have sleepovers on EVERY ground in the competition.
Spend a night on the turf at Lottoland, a night at Suncorp, and so on....
That way we will surely play well and "own" the field no matter where we play....

Lying out under the stars all night is not gonna fix our handling errors.

                            Your onto something matey.

Next time I am on the Al Capone with Robbo, I will tell him your suggestion. I wouldn't mind a trip down to Adelaid either.

My boy said the sleep out was great. Just like school camp...

I think I prefer the boot camps as pre-season bonding.

If they win every home game this year I guess we can all say we were wrong
