But like... it’s totally cool for the media to release the birth name of a transsexual woman (i.e. a male name that she doesn’t use), tell everybody she’s a prostitute, publish that one of her clients got HIV and make it clear that she has a penis?

Yes one convicted and one NOT convicted. Where is the double standard? Why name someone unless there is some clear evidence? Are you one of those that wants to assume everyone is guilty until proven innocent?
