Yes, we're compliant with the salary cap.
We should refer to Mr Schubert anyone who says we aren't.

As I tell all my mates who constantly bug me about the Salary cap. A club is not made great by its players, they come and go every few years.
Our management is what has made our club so strong over the last 10 years.
I dread the day Uncle Nick goes as we will come back to the pack.
What a smart move by the club.
We have developed and bought so well over the last 10 years.
      Go the Chooks

Yeah we have no obvious successor to replace Nick. From what I had heard, his children weren't particularly active supporters of the club.

There are enough heavy hitters under him. Nick will ensure the club is in good hands.

Would have given us more credibility to get someone independant, an individual with no former ties to The Roosters to do this audit.
Not that I would question the guy's credibility but all our haters would.

His son Anthony attends every single home game...sits next to or near his father...and attends all or most away games in Sydney/Gosford etc with his father / some directors...as far as I can see.
But, does anyone much know what Anthony looks like?
Nice guy, a perfect gentleman, quiet, happy [unless we lose], and well-mannered.
                Lovely wife, lovely couple.

Anthony might not want to be Chairman of the Board.
He/the Board might want Mark Bouris or one of our other esteemed directors to be Chairman.
                Who knows.
Uncle Nick might live until he's 105...or 94 and still be guiding the Club in the right direction.

Seems to me that son Anthony is being taught to work hard for his money, learn the value of a dollar, and is being taught how to succeed in business.

Maybe we should appoint Alan Jones.

The masses seem to believe everything he says.

Apparently, through the astute management of our Club by our Board, in a few years time our Football Club will be self-sufficient and not need any grant from the Leagues club.
