Just read an article on Foxsports.com.au dated 7 February that says Tetevano has re-signed until the end of 2019 on an upgraded deal. Good reward for him for the season he had in 2017 and presumably, for how he is training ahead of this season. Sorry, no idea how to link the article. Apologies if this has already been mentioned elsewhere.

ROOSTERS RETAIN HITMAN
He’s become the hit-man of the Roosters pack and he’s all locked up.
The Roosters have rewarded Zane Tetevano’s form from last season with a new deal.
Not only has he re-signed until the end of 2019 but the club has upgraded his existing deal. Zane Tetevano of the Roosters looks on.Source: AAP
The 12-month extension is as much a reward for Tetevano as it is for the club who took a punt on him.
After gifting the 27-year-old a lifeline last year following a string of serious off-field issues, the forward delivered on his potential and repaid the faith.

He’s a surprisingly solid, aggressive forward. I hope he continues to apply it on the field and not off the field (just like 2017). He’s a massive surprise package. Never heard of the guy before 2017 and now I feel comfortable every time I see his name on paper.

I'm happy for him to continue his progress with us. Since returning to footy Tetevano was Wyong's best and fairest and was virtually the stand-out player in that competition through 2016. He showed enough in 2017 to suggest that not too many will want to run at him. He moves very quickly in defence and put a few outstanding hits on last year. There's a few comments about his lack of size but according to the stats he's one of our heaviest and muscle is heavier than fat. Zane willl be working on his attack in 2018 and hope he goes well this year.

My young mate Mitch Barnes played with Zane at the knights,Holds him in high regard as a footballer.Talking of Mitch,i tried really hard to get him to have another crack at the NRL but to no avail a shame really as he was the most sought after young hooker in the game a few years ago hes still only 25 years old but had a couple of knee injuries, hes good to go though i had him biking 30k a day, running all the usual fun shite that comes with being an a grade footballer but he just lost interest he would be a really good back up Hooker for a few clubs if he had his heart in it.
