Manu is one of the worst defenders I've seen come through into FG. Not only can he not read the attack, his technique is terrible. I will be highly surprised if selected in FG he will last even half way through the season

Manu is a poor defender but to be fair he was covering centre and Fergo’s empty wing.

Robbo went with 2 backrowers over Manu in a prelim. Says a lot.

But Cleary is killing us. Jimmy was very good but only played 15.

The good news is that Cleary didn’t come back for the second half.

The bad news is that we don’t have one player from our best 17 on the field for the second half. Apart from Radley is suppose.

Napa went ok. Seemed to be running freely. Only played 20 or so. Manu showed good pace for his try. Matterson Ryan was running hard.

even with a weakened team, don't think Robbo will be happy conceding 20pts in a half.

hopefully Cleary keeps developing over the next 2yrs, will look good in Roosters colours in 2020
