  • Propping things up.

The general concensus seems to be we lack depth.
I might be on me pat malone on this one, but I'm pretty happy with what we got.
I don't buy into the over the top critism of JWH either.

    Look at it like this.
    1/ JWH, SST and Napa.
    2/ Liu
3/ Collins, Farmer Silly or a bolter.

    Not too shabby.
Picking up FPN would be useful for his love of the club and as a benefit to team spirit...............He would be jogging around for Wyong of course.

If Matagi is available on the cheap however..........................yes please.

agree Eddie. I think sst moving to prop covers deficiencies in roster and allows more game time to those deserving.

TIT in our recruitment. I’m no fan of the butterball but if trent sees value (price, attitude, cultural fit and fitness) then I’ll back him. Would like to see 6-12 games from Collins this year

Frank the tank is not the answer
at least LOD was a proven tough guy
Moa, had a point to prove to himself. Never really made it in the NRL and came back to prove he could
whats FPN story? Was on the dcline, left for cash to top up his retirement, never flourished over there so is coming home for 1 more pay day.

id be really disappointed if we signed him and didn’t let Collins or the silly farmer cut there teeth in the NRL

The size and depth you think that Roosters lack has been over looked by the uneducated few..

I completely forgot about the Zane train.
I reckon he can handle himself as well.

Moa never really made it in the NRL? He should have a Clive Churchill Medal.

I have been very impressed with Tetavano in the two trials. He has been our best prop by far.

I am sure OEyedWIlly is talking about before Moa came to play for us...that he wanted to prove himself at NRL level. He did that tenfold, winning a GF, was one of the best 3 on the field in that game, being one of the premier props in the NRL especially in 2013 and 2014. He also played international footy for the Kiwis during that time.

I think Tetevano will have a big impact this year. He and SST to really step it up in the front row for us.
