I want Cronk as captain. Like Smith he is highly respected and more likely to be given a fair go.

I rate Robbo but when a coach has co captains it shows a weakness. Coaches have to be dictators not mates with the players.

To combat this (if we can combat this at all), a change of captaincy is paramount......

Just on the thread title, they're not really must wins though are they? It's not like a rnd 2 loss is season over.
