Todd is very, very popular among the fans...and is our goalkicker.

The fans are the lifeblood of the club.

Those voting in the DT poll saying Todd should be sacked are no doubt supporters of other clubs hoping their club will grab him.

The disciplinary committee should think deeply before it makes decisions tomorrow.

"Investigations by the club have found no evidence of any anti-social conduct".

Tomorrow is going to be a very ugly day for the club.

I am reliably informed the telegraph has photos of the boys stumbling around at all hours. Apparently one of their snappers was out with mates, saw the guys and took the shots.

It'll be all over tomorrow's edition.

Not sure what the club's going to do but geez they'd be treading a fine line.

The cabbie who apparently dropped them at the cross was on air with us today...he claims FPN passed out in the back seat...and Carney was far from sober

The club should stop painting themselves into a corner with stupid alcohol bans. Thats the real issue. Stop trying to stop lads from being lads. It can't be done. You just gotta treat em like adults and let em do what they want on their social time, like any other adult.

Back in the early 2000s in the golden era of regular top 2 finishes, those guys were out on it pretty regularly. Anyone who was out and about the Eastern Suburbs back then would know that. No one batted an eyelid back then. Boys having a few. Who cares. Which is how it should be.

Ox last season most of the key players stayed off the piss all year and we almost won a comp, fast forward 10 months no self imposed ban and we are wooden spoon territory, chance or coincidence ?

Todd spends so much time in front of the board these days they might as well make him a member. Todd our new board chairman perhaps, step aside politis.

Who knows mate. Its not really the point though. The point is, there's not much point introducing alcohol bans now. The season is over, the bans aren't going to be adhered to, all they achieve is boosting telecrap sales when players are inevitably caught having a few.

Carney will go. Nate will be stood down for the rest of season before he goes to the titans and FPN will get a warning and a one match suspension.
I strongly believe that Carney needs serious help, but from what i hear he wanted out of the club anyway. he may just get what he wants. However in saying that, Nate and FPN should take a good hard look at themselves for going out with Toddy knowing that he needs to avoid the cross!! They would have known what the consequences are for them all and tried to help Toddy stay strong and keep off the drinks!
I do also feel that as "professional" footy players the club should impose season long alcohol free bans. Put it in their contract, they'll soon get the picture. Also the boys have not broken any laws etc and shouldn't be "bashed" by the media and "fans" for their actions. At the end of the day, they are only human, but the club needs to take a stand.

Given that he spoke on 2GB today I am guessing the cabbie was Ray Hadley
