He won't be sacked... that's the vibe I get from the latest article saying how senior players will be involved in the decisions.

He should be. He is a talent but he doesn't belong here. No player is bigger than the club, no club bigger than the game. He is brining the Roosters and the NRL into constant disrepute. I called for him to go the last time this happened but supported him in his fight with his addiction, but now is the time for him to leave and get it sorted so he can live the rest of his life.

I actually think it's a sad state of affairs when the media in this country find the story of 3 footballers breaking a self imposed alcohol ban news worthy.

I suspect if the board once again fails to instil discipline and respect back into the club by being soft handed, 2012 will be just as dismal with a split playing group. The pictures dont suggest 3 smashed guys as suggested and this is a non-event but the fact remains, this is a team sport and we cant have the team fractured any more by these indescretions. Time to end this chapter and move on.

Let me get this straight.

The biggest story of the day involves a cab driver picking up three drunken men in their 20's.

I spent many a bad hour at the Judgement Bar over a decade ago.

I tried to get in there once about 6 months ago and was refused entry. It's much tougher getting in there these days!
