The thing that fired the Chooks up tonight was the loss last weekend not some stupid article by Paul Craley.

Yeh our staff leak negative stuff to the media so our players read it in an attempt to fire the player up. I’m really sure this happens.

I appreciate that you might be skeptical about that Thirteen but I can assure you that it happens. Clubs, players and player managers often do use the media to get messages out there. Whether that's happened on this occasion I don't profess to know but I wouldn't be shocked if it did.
