  • How far does the clean out need to go?

    just interested in everyones opinion?

yes I know yesterday's incident in isolation is hardly earth shattering, what it does show is how rotten the culture is at the heart of our club, it shows the complete lack of respect certain members of our playing group have for their fellow team mates/coaches/management

I don't have a problem with players having the occasional beer what i'm concerned about is the binge drinking culture, these guys are supposed to be professional athletes, it is a proven fact alcohol effects performance/recovery, we handicap ourselves enough with poor coaching/player selections we don't need the added problem of the players being picked not being properly physically prepared before they even take the field.

how far do we need to go to change the culture of the club?

do we just piss Myles and Carney off and suspend FPN for the season

or do we address some bigger issues and make changes at the key positions all the way up the food chain.

should the following staff be moved on as well, and start from scratch.

    Politis
    Smith and his staff
    Noyce
    O'Sullivan

    IMO

piss Carney/Myles off see if we can offload FPN/Anasta/Mini
get rid of Smith and give Taylor a go he has done wonders with the NYC side
get rid of Noyce/O'Sullivan and throw the checkbook at Bernie Gurr to instill some pride back into the joint.

Noyce should follow Carney and FPN out the door.

I concur with everything posted thus far. The shit has only floated to the surface since Noyce took over.

The senior staff and senior players should all go.

I have no idea how to answer this question as I have no clue what is going on and exactly what the root cause or causes are for the obvious malaise afflicting this once great club.
