Our young guns should be able to outplay their pensioners and all their fullbacks.

Last week's loss reminded me of the game at Central Coast v Sharks last year. We were humiliated. I expect a much improved performance.

No change to the line up = I'm fine with that, we have our best side out there
Reece Robinson = of course he stays in the side, he just had a bad game against Warriors
No go forward = this is a big problem, we need good ball from Jake and our middle rolling forward
Line up = If anything, I'd like to see another middle forward on the bench
Game plan = we have probably the best attacking left edge in the game, we need to roll forward so we can use it

But the nrl need me more. I'd love to drag all their snouts out of the trough.

By putting on that extra bulk for the forwards suggests to me he wasn't confident to make the transition without the extra bulk. But extra bulk doesn't bring with it extra aggression. He looks far too mechanical now. I want to see a bit of aggro from Matterson but I ain't holding ma breath......
Some blokes have got aggro about them & some dont. Matterson is the latter but I dont think Robbo will drop him.

To be fair half the team had shockers, so am expecting a bounce back. Boing!
Do we ever see the ball, get a penalty, or a 50-50 decision at Shark Park?

one pensioner I wouldn’t mind having is Luke Lewis - the game up in Gosford I attended last year, Lewis had a blinder.

Probably the aforementioned incident with gallen holding onto cords in front of the posts with the ensuing penalty and victory.

My gut feeling was a quick play the ball and we wudda scored.

I know as Robbo plays the loyalty card.

I just wish Matterson was more from the Jack Bird, Josh McGuire and Wade Graham school of grubby and competitive footballers. Skilful and tough. We already have too many 'nice forwards'.....

Its kind of funny that our two most competitive footballers of that ilk are probably the two youngest in our 17 being Latrell and Radley.....

Roosters forwards only pack in competition without 100m average player.
