He played his cards close to his chest and chose his words carefully but I cannot see either Carney or Myles being here next year.

He emphasised that they'll do what's best for the Roosters not the individual. Also said the Club would have no issue if the league didn't de-register Carney if we sacked him.

A lot of people I have spoken to have done a complete 180 from last time he was in trouble.

Just like every other CEO that has been at the club during Politis' reign, Noyce doesn't get the autonomy to do the job he was employed to do.

Politis runs the club like a dysfunctional family business. He is in charge of everything, including recruitment and retention - areas in which his track record is nothing short of appalling. Not even the coaches he employs are able to live or die on the back of their own decisions. Politis make the decisions, and when things don't work out, sacks the person who should have been making the decisions

The problems with the lack of leadership at the club rest squarely at the feet of Politis

I didn't say its solely noyce's fault. He shouldn't be the only one sacked - there are plenty of senior people who should be punted with him.
