I can definitely tell you that their wouldn’t be a “ next week” if it wasn’t for Tedesco or Cronk.
Irrespective of what the next 3 weeks brings you can safely say that Teddy and Cronk have been successful buys. I certainly hope the Roosters utilise Cronks game experience and game knowledge once he retires. He’s a perfect role model

But Large Mike I can guarantee you the signing of these two was to bring a premiership in two years as in next year so they have surpassed expectations of the top brass what we think and what they thing are two different things.

I hope so mate, because we have some fat contracts on the books and from memory Latrell is off contract 2020? He has the potential to be NRLs highest paid player.

Either way, we have been fortunate this season with injuries but our depth is pretty poor. Cant see it getting better with so many big contracts.

They will probably off load Tedesco which will turn things around for the club.

I love Teddy, I think he is one of the best players to have ever played for our club.
He will go close to being our player of the year in 2018, but according to you every week he needs to jump a new hurdle to justify being at the Roosters.

You never gave Tedesco any sort of chance, but then we know you are a big fan of Michael Gordon. Your little friend Gordon was a very average player and was replaced by a much superior player.

Tedesco has improved as the year has gone on. Not everyone starts at a new club with a bang.

The problem was now his salary which somehow you worked out to be a tenth of our salary cap....Yet you produced no proof of this.
Then, it was Ponga vs Tedesco suddenly the worst recruit in a decade had to prove himself against King Ponga. SOO3 try saving tackle, Brad Fitler medal...Yep of course, I know Origin doesn't count.
After that his passing was a problem....Then he wasn't scoring enough tries...Best defensive fullback blah blah, he gets payed to score tries.

Lol i will see how he goes in games against quality opposition - that's where Cronk and himself need to prove themselves. Manly flat out laid down yesterday, our 20s would have beat them.

He was bought to win big games, added to an already succesful team. Lets see if he can achieve that.

Two try assists, eight tackle busts and three line break assists in his first semi final. Yep he is a dud.

Next week will really show Tedesco's value. LM is our best strike player and stands up when we need. We need Teddy to fill that role.

top 3 might be an over reach.

Jared, Maloney, SBW will probably be top 3. Teddy for bow just behind them with Cronk. I think including the finals, Cronk has been more important for us this season.

come to think of it, our recruitment has done a complete 180 after the dark days of Mason,Myles and Co.
