Do you not believe its something that will come later mate, the more flamboyant game plans, especially in attack?

I agree we are very one dimensional ATM but surely its something you save up your sleve for later in the year?

I am certainly hoping that is the case cos we have some raw talent in our squad.

As I said with all the talk of him maybe signing and then signing with the chooks - basically he played for a club that never played in finals footy the whole time he was there - If Tommy Turbo wasn`t injured he would have been NSW SOO Fullback in game 1 in 2017 instead of Tedesco - since they won game 1 Tedesco maintained his place for all three games - this year Tedesco wont be so lucky - Tommy Turbo will be NSW SOO fullback - basically we have paid vast overs for Tedesco who looked good in a very average side- Always an issue when better clubs sign such players as basically they really struggle to fit in as Tedesco sure has.

Don`t think the Tigers are too fussed in losing Tedesco/Woods/ Moses either

If Tommy wasn't injured he would have played wing instead of Morris. Tedesco was a standout in 2016, he won the fullback spot off Moylan in the 3rd SOO and he played well last year, he was never going to lose his spot. Daley wanted Hayne in the team although Jennings won us that last game in 2016 and that cost us the series.

Unfortunately we timed our runs horrendously in 14, 15 and 17 - playing some of our worst footy in the semis.

I'm still a huge Robbo fan; but I'm well aware as I'm sure is Robbo himself that he needs to get that right for the first time since 2013.

What worries me is last year Robbo kept promising we would peak on gf day.
I took this to mean he’d been planning to have our team lift performance introducing offloads vs cows. History proves this theory wrong

this leads be to believe Robbo has instructed our team not to offload. Understand this is a friend of a friend talk, but I was told dorrie evans form declined and he long wanted out for this reason. Dorrie became a reduced player who with offloads restricted and shoulder charges rubbed out.

btw. I’m a Robbo fan but not many outstanding coaches out there. Who is our attacking coach?

Thats very true, I remember reading Artie's book and in 75 the Roosters lost 2 of their first 3. Jack put the shackles on the team and concentrated on getting their defence in order. Artie said they were under strict instructions to jut retain posession, with Jack only releasing the hand brake when they played Saints in the 2nd round. They put 40 on the Dragons that day in a dress rehearsal for the big day

Although he's had a scratchy start at Easts, our forwards don't offer much. Second phase currently nonexistent
