  • Lack of judgement

Politis' lack of judgment throughout the whole sorry saga involving the Delinquent has been breathtaking. I'm still find his "duty of care" position quite extraordinary.

It really is impossible that the trashing of the club's reputation was not only forseeable but also highly likely.

For the good of the club, it's time Politis stood down.

Why should we have a duty of care to TC when he obviously does not care about the club

Duty of care runs both ways if it exists at all

Politis first duty of care should be to the good of the club, not an individual player.

If it's not the best outcome for the club, then it shouldn't happen.

It's that simple. Or at least it should be if Politis is doing his job as head honcho of our club properly.

Are you talking about Carney or Politis.

Carney is Carneys own problem. No one at the Roosters turned him into what he is.

              That was the Raiders!!!

Well, well, well. How predictable.....TonytheTool and his clumsy little sister OV were obviously discussing the same old boring
topic at the dinner table tonight - get rid of Politis.

Fair dinkum, the pair of you get a life and fark off to another forum & stir shite there. Truth be known, you're not even supporters
                of our club!

Thing is, the club knew what it was getting itself into with Carney.

                  Dude had form.

I can't see why it's not fully prepared for all this sh1t - which was completely forseeable - and why plans aren't in place for how to react.

Maybe there are? Who knows. I don't really get the sense that anyone's panicking at the club.

Anyway, Carney was always a risky acquisition.

We shouldn't be surprised or upset by any of this.

Hellooo!...we're almost at the bottom of the ladder.

I can't see any good coming from sacking our star players when they haven't done anything illegal or that wrong in the scheme of things.

The first week of Anasta's two week alcohol ban worked well, eh?...we got smashed by Manly.
...and they can't blame Carney, he tackled the best he could, and Gould praised one of his tackles near the line.

Pearce threw that stupid pass and lost us possession the first time we got in an attacking position.
He was reportedly out on the turps with Carney before the 2 week ban.

I'd be meeting the players at the 'breach notices' hearing, and then releasing a statement:

"The judges have retired to consider their verdcits" and then go on 'holidays' for a few months...and let things roll, and let the dice fall where they may until the start of season 2012.

If we're to avoid the spoon we need Myles, Carney and FPN on deck to beat the Eels and Sharks.

One goal from the sideline, one slippery run, one pass, could avoid us the spoon.

                      Exactly.

2010 ...Dally M, and we made the Grand Final.

He was injured on the training runs for the Australian team ... and this year a 'next morning' DUI .05 conviction...where the magistrate seemed to not know the law and the kid got poor advice from his lawyer and maybe the club and arrived late to the court.

Drinking while injured, the same as Jennings and the Tigers players.

Drinking while Anasta's 2 week ban was in place....[Jennings has just been dropped from tonight's match for 'alcohol'.]

No we shouldn't be surprised with what Carney has done. On this occassion, the only people who has has done wrong are the players. But if the players are sick of putting up with his behaviour, then it is time for him to go.

Teams don't win when no one wants to play with their star player.
