Game Plan not Working

We had a very good halfback In Pearce, but the guy who owns the club decides we need a different halfback because somehow he is to blame for the Forwards not dominating.
What we needed was big Forwards who could carry out the coaches forward dominated game plan. It didn't really matter who was fullback or halfback because anyone can slot into a game plan of five hit ups and bomb.

Nick if you are reading this and I am sure you are, Can you please advise the coach that his forward dominated game plan is not working also mention Cronk and Tedesco if you get a chance.
