I heard there was a sale on Pitt Street Mall... perhaps Carney & Myles were doing more retail therapy

I ****ing love it when we win and beating the scum just makes it so much more sweeter.

Dragons were terrible today, they have such poor discipline and they are so grubby and today it cost them dearly.

Didn't miss Myles, Carney and FPN one iota. In fact I thought we looked a lot better without them.

Thought Ryles , Friend and Anasta were outstanding. And special mention to BJ for his reading in defence. It seems like he has had a crash course during the week. Much improved.

That was the thing. They looked like a team. Carney and Myles haven't looked a part of that team for a long time.

That's exactly what I was thinking. This is the team we've been waiting to see. Nothing pretentious or arrogant or fractured about the group of boys that went out to play. They just put in, took chances in their attack and were scrambling in defence. Very spirited and enthusiastic. Braith particularly deserves some credit today. He gets too much of a beating on this board.

I don't care if Myles/FPN/Carney never play again for us. They've taken the jersey for granted and shouldn't be given the privlidge. It was the young team today that brought this club soem respect back.

Just happy after today. Let's hope they don't go **** up my good mood next week.

We won because all our players gave 100% for 80 mins.. Carney, Myles and FPN don't give 100% at all..

                      Punt the ****ers !!!.
A great effort and a team effort.

Why was that not a penalty when Friend was turned upside down.

Boyd is a myth I love it when its shown.

Gould will he just shut up, he embarrasses himself endlessly with his St Scum love.

Well credit where credit is due - Roosters are back, they looked like a team playing for each other, something that has been missing all year.
Forget the missed opportunities and the rough end of the whistle, focus on the possitive they showed improvement.

Thread backfire on ROC181. Ryles once again one of our best.

I dare say that without Ryles and Friend we would be firmly at the bottom of the ladder.

Special mention to Bondi Boy who tried his best to talk down the performance of the team to make it seem like Carney is valuable to the team. We won because Captain Alcoholic was not there to let in his regulation 2 tries as well as kick his pin-point cross field kicks into touch.

See ya Alco. Should of been gone at the start of the year.

I wonder what would have happened with us? I wonder if after a few losses due to his departure, we could have turned it around and make a run to the finals a la the Tigers.

Who knows ? I don't think we have enough attack and discipline to seriously challenge this year.

However i do think we could of been more consistant which would of aided in the development of our young players.

Ah well, could of, should of, didn't.

I just hope this year was a lesson to management that culture is without a doubt the most important ingredient for a winning football team.
