From one angle, it looked like he droppedb it. From another there appeared to be no separation.

I'm ok with the decision but i've seen many worse 'bounce-tries' awarded.

Some people in the workplace need close supervision.

Normally those in the workplace who need close supervision are under performing and normally leave or are performanced managed out.
