Sam Tomkins is not coming FFS be realistic. Captain Farquit will play 6 until Carney is deemed ready (probably never)
Liam Foran is off contract and so is Scott Porter (goalkicker) IMO the club should try and get one these two as damage limitation for 2012.

dont spend money on sh**house players, save the money for 2013, whoever says bringing Mortimer to the club must be a parra fan to offload him, the kid is terrible.
Liam Foran could never crack it at Roosters when he was at the club no thanx and Porter cant crack the Cronulla side, he has no chance at the Roosters.
Sam Tomkins has never tested himself at NRL level and wasnt great against Australia he is more hype and would want overs to come to Oz.
Bring on 2013 where it will be a free for all.

Well I can't see why we can't play both Anasta and Carney...instead of shooting ourself in the foot over some stupid drinking ban that never should've been in the first place.
Carney will be fully fit by the start of 2012.

Play Pearce in the centres...he ran down the left side like a centre in Origin.
Play Carney in the centres in attack.
Think outside the square!...anything to score points.

We're nearly last on the ladder...blame Carney for it all you like...but that's not the truth.

Play props on the wing.
Play second rowers fullback.
Play Mini 5/8, props running off him, onto Carney at pace and wingers on the end of the line.

Planned moves, ball passed from one side of the field to the other, and back again...straight runners somewhere in the moves taking the ball at pace, not standing still.
Run arounds, switches of play, walls, something different...we are far, far too predictable.

I've said it plenty of times, Anasta needs to bulk up a bit, 6 t 8 kgs. He would become alot more valuable allround, better in the forwards and still play 6 when pearce plays origin. Anthony mitchell 7 and Mithchell pearce 6,we have a long preseason to get this combo happening! Anasta must stay and Carney should go? Anasta is a great leader! IMO...

Just play him at left centre at current weight. Get a good 80 minutes as well as an option(all be it shiite) in attack. IMO best position for a player with his attributes

Understand J ,but Anasta is to slow for a centre. With a bit more bulk he would be a valuable ball playing back rower. IMO

Slow I agree. but... he is okay in the air and he can put his outside man in space. No slower then Jamie Lyon as much as I dislike Tooveys Eagles it is relevant to our teams plight
