Seriously.....he is damaged goods this year...what guarantee have you got he will come good for us? You dont have one. Why keep him when he is causing more damage to the team.
Do you expect him to come good?? I did too. But then I woke up and realised the little turd doesnt want to be here.
Great player when he wants to play. Problem is he didnt want to all season, and screwed our preparation and results followed.
I want nothing more than to have a player with Carney's superior skill. Nothing more. But not if he wont use it.
You can keep the love affair going if you like.
For the record Im not angry that he went drinking. Im angry that it shows he doesnt care. he is exactly what Mason was to us. He'll end up the same.Alcohol never solved any life problems.....then again neither did milk.

From memory, we had a bright start to 2010, even with Braith having virtually no preseason due to his ankle injury.

Yes, with proper management from the Club.
It needs to be established first, by asking him a series of serious questions, if he really, really, really wants to be here and nowehere else...or not.
If he does...then keep him.
If he doesn't, then bid him farewell.
He was injured all this year.

The bloke has bare faced lied to everyone from magistrates, to the board, to team mates, to sponsors, the NRL, the list goes on.
And suddenly you expect him to tell the truth and bare his soul - go figure.

The sauce ban was ill-advised.

Getting it out in the open (even if the way the Telecrap did it was disgraceful) has forced the club to deal with it with more force than they obviously were befire.
That doesn't seem to have happened.
Myles from "The Leadership Group" was out drinking with him during the ban, spent the whole afternoon and night with him and another player.Last edited by bondi-boy; 08-17-2011, 02:01 PM.
