I reiterate its not players fault, it’s the tactics that were shit that everyone could see except Trent himself until someone has tipped him off recently and we have seen change in how we play... even the man acknowledged his tactics being left behind.

The word STRUCTURE says it all. Maybe we should replace it with TEAM MODULAR.
The team needs to adapt to changing situations and be a THINKING UNIT.
