I liked his kick with 5 to go which failed to find touch despite being about 10m from touch, they run the ball back, Keary gives away a penalty, they go upfield and score. It was pretty funny seeing the ball travel parallel to sideline it was a woeful kick.

Theres been a tonne of threads where people have tried talking sense to them, buts it's akin to bashing your head against a brick wall.
Ultimately the people that matter have made the right decision with Cronk over Pearce and that’s all their is to it..
Let them convince themselves mate haha

In regards to Cronk I have comfort knowing he is there to close it out for us at the end..

I thought after the Ferguson solo try we really struggled to close out the game.
We really should have put them to the sword but seemed very one paced in good ball and extremely conservative in our yardage once we had gotten out of our red zone.
4 of our last 6 games include the tight wins over Manly, Wests & Newcastle and the tight loss over Brisbane. I'm not sure how anyone could draw comfort from those... we still have an issue closing out games. To me it seems that should be undeniable but there seems to be a lot of denial which is why I'm asking what you're seeing?

At this stage it’s important we win the close games as at the backend of the season when we are playing our best footy we’ll be raring to go,and Cronk will be a major reason for our success!
Big test this week will bring out the best in us,I have no doubt!

Kick out on the full?
Kick dead?
Penalty kick for the line that goes 5 metres?

Telegraphed inside ball?
Zero Try assists?
A couple of running metres?
A try..what about a try Coops surely the best halfback in the world can score a try today?
You imply that he hasn't scored any tries (I can remember at least 3): that he hasn't assisted the scoring of any tries (surely close to a dozen of our tries have come from his kicks); that his defence has been poor (how about the 'try saving' tackle on Nene Macdonald?); that he has a poor kicking game (WTF?).
His running game is not up there with the best of them, but he takes on the line often enough to keep the bastards honest.
Are you giving Cooper 'the kick up the backside he needs'?
It doesn't look like he'll win the Dally M, but we're only a couple of points outside the top four, so the team's not going too badly. We brought him to the club to improve our performance in semis, so let's wait and see before we pass judgement.

Getting him a decent dummy half would be a great start. Only then would we get the best service from him ! I don't know how he can tolerate such poor service from our dummy half every week and nothing changes at all. I think he provides a real calming effect on the team and he gets very dirty when other players show disrespect for the ball or panic in situations such as when we get six again. I love this cause it shows me that he wants us to win. Give me this from a player every day and I'll be happy.
