Im glad his on our side, every time he approaches a ref he knows what his talking about, for instance the Gallen try the Ref knew it was the wrong call.

That's why everyone hates him haha... though I have read other fans post about how they wish their captain was like Anasta and put pressure on the refs... so at least he's good for something

That was a joke awarding that try.

The ref knew it was a dud call.

Yea he had nothing to say, if the vid ref says im guna award a try then the ref on ground should say, "i think theres a knock on by Gallen can u double check"
Seriously some of the decisions ive seen this week have been appauling.

What's new... same refereeing we've seen all season.

He had a good game as captain but he let Pearce do a lot of the work.

To be fair, the refs lost control of the game with that Gallen strip try. It was all on from there. JWH may get a week or two. So should Gal for going down worse than a soccer player. Quoted the Luke penalty on at least 4 occasions. Absolute disgrace. Braith played like we know he can, unfortunately its pretty obvious where the problems this year have come from and we as fans deserve better.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out Todd.

Lol at Gallen quoting the Luke penalty I actually have to give the ref wraps for THAT part of the game and not caving in to Gallens Crying.

That Gallen try was the biggest effing joke I have ever seen the video ref should be sacked instantly. There is no way in hell he grounded that ball his arm is nowhere near it. Watch the highlight video how ridiculous it looks its a clear knock on or strip. His was nowhere near grounding that ball.

The try was awarded to John Williams wasn't it?? He came in after to put a hand on the ball. To this year's interpretation of the stripping rule in the act of scoring a try the call would have been correct had Gallen not knocked it on after Perrett pulled it out. It was obvious Gallen didn't score, and I thought it was equally as obvious that his hand hit the ball and propelled it forward after it was stripped. Even in slow motion you could see the rotation of the ball change on the player's leg once his hand hit it.

Also, I can't imagine the rookie ref will get a game for the rest of the year. Teddy Lyons wasn't much better but the young bloke completely lost control, often forgetting what hand signals went with the different infringements.
