My personal opinion on the forwards & bench should be:

8 - JWH
9 - Friend
10 - Napa
11 - Cordner
12 - Liu
13 - Radley

14. SST
15. Tetevano
16. Aubbo
17. Matterson

The only issue for me is that since Matterson has been injured we have seen Liu revel in a roaming role that is too effective to replace again with a healthy Matterson.

And does he provide enough impact of the bench to warrant a bench spot either?

I think Matterson is a great player but his last few games just lacked any impact in attack or defence without making too many mistakes or mistackles.
