2 year with one year optional.
I think carney will fail again on the coast where it's a party town all year round.
Prince will do well if he captures last years form.
What is everyones thoughts on this - i like it ?

Prior to the titans horrid season, Prince was rated by most as a top 3 halfback in the game.
I wouldnt mind that trade. If we can get one or two solid seasons out of him, it will benefit our attack greatly. Also, he would lead our youngsters in the backline much better than Anasta or Pearce.
It would put Anasta back into the pack.. consider this negative, even I as an Anasta critic, I will happily concede our team balance is much better served with him at 5/8.. to me it is there or no where, however the reality is he will be here next year. The plus that Prince could bring is then outweighted by the negative of Anasta in the forwards.. I think long term Pearce could be a 5/8 but would love a half who has some real toe inside him... Our team is just too slow at the moment....

However, don't be concerned because we have just the type of half we need, a complete organiser who is also an ace goalkicker ready to take his spot. Young Adam Reynolds will win Rookie of the Year in 2012 steering Inglis, Taylor, Burgess, Merritt, McQueen and Luke around the field. Regardless of what happens this season, 2012 is looking incredibly exciting.
Meanwhile, you'll still have Wayne's Son kicking out on the full and giving inside hospital passes to his forwards, or average 5/8's pretending to be forwards.
Enjoy.
What a bold prediction to make. Being a schoolboy talent doesn't necessarily translate to 1st grade stardom. I've watched Adam play
since the age of 16 and he's always stood out playing against his peers however it's a massive step up playing with the elite big boys.
Manly did it right with their half-back Cherry-Evans. The toughened him up last year in their Qld Cup feeder team before introducing him
into 1st grade in 2011.
Like you, your officials are clueless, particularly the fat controller Ritcho. The KFC boy had the last laugh on him & Rusty when he signed on @ the Eels at double the rate your mob offered. A disappointed Merritt said after the deal was announced, "if they really wanted to keep him, they should have re-signed him at the start of the season".

A little advice, the number 7 you need to worry about is Wayne's Son. He has failed at SOO level, can't steer his team around in the NRL and if it wasn't for Daddy he'd be a Jet.

dumb troll) would be wining & dining him and his manager to get his signature on a long term contract.
2012....another rudderless year for the red & myrtle misfits with the shitest halves combo in the league.

They talk up Reynolds like their other young players but we all know they will go after someone else like Wesser, Inglis, King, Asotasi, Taylor, Burgess, Crocker and co.
