No real X factor players ...'game breakers' if you like...there to win the game...they're all resting.

Was there a 3 day drinking party after Wed night?

NSW Residents coach Shane Millard on Sean O’Sullivan

The football side of it, in terms of the game plan and getting the side around the field, that will be no problem,” he said.

“He’s a real student of the game. It will be interesting to see how he handles the pressure from the inside, the line speed and the lack of time you get with the ball at NRL level compared to reserve grade.
“Robbo’s obviously has got a lot of faith in him and I don’t disagree with Robbo.”

Teams around us have all managed a win (Storm, Sharks and Rabbits). Rabbits in a canter with all on deck, sharks at full strength against a depleted top 4 team and storm found a way minus just as much quality missing as we will today.

Would t out a dollar in this game as who the hell will know what either team will put up today. JWH, Fergo and Keary the key for us.

I still can’t believe that Robbo is resting Latrell. The others fair enough but Latrell?

Agreed (although to be fair we have Keary and Cronk - arguably the freshest halves pairing of the week). I am expecting that we will get flogged for our arrogance.

Say what you like about the Titans... they have a lot of players who will play with honour. Ash Taylor, Gordon, Peats, Arrow, Brimson, James, Hurrell, Don...etc are all talented players who will no doubt be playing for a win. I dunno if Ikuvalu, O’Sullivan, Maubs, Collins, Baptist and Silly Farmer have what it takes so close them out.

The Titans names you have mentioned are quality players. They will come at this game confident with us so depleted. We barely beat them last year with a full outfit. A win would be a bonus and a lot will depend upon ball control and our edge defence. If Cronk isn't there organising, O'Sullivan's task is made even harder. He does have a good kicking game but concentrating for the full 80 at NRL level is a big ask for the youngster. Big games needed from our pack and the NRL ruling Radley out is a joke. If we win this it goes a long way to showing we're a big chance in 2018.

Hurrell plays with honour and tries to win?

I'd argue those are the issues that have held him back.

Taylor has been quite the flake so far in his career too.

JWH to produce a repeat performance v Panthers R15 32-6 and we win.
                        244 meters
                        22 hit ups
8 tackle busts (15 in total for season before that)
4 try assists. (only 1 before that for whole season)
39 tackles (averaged 18 before that)
                        Amazing!!!

Yeah, he must be high already! They got flogged 0-36 last week.

We need big games from jwh and sst today with a few troops out . They both have been excellent for us this year and I'm expecting them to lead the way for us.

All bullshit aside, this is a game the Roosters have to win. I don't care if it's by 2 or 20. Keep the ball up their end and defend like the devil.

I guess its a short term pain for longer term gain strategy for the back end of the sesson.

If our forwards dominate this one, its still ours for the taking.
