Yes, well. In a masterful piece of circular reasoning, as I understand it, the NRL has ruled:

1. Radley was ineligible for the u20 SOO, because he had not served his 1 match suspension.
2. Because he was not chosen in the u20's SOO, being ineligible, it didn't count as him missing a game.
3. Therefore, he is not allowed to play on Sunday, so he can serve his 1 match suspension - by missing both games.

Is there a worse group of administrators anywhere in world sport?
