Last year the Cowboys lost Thurston for the year after getting injured in SOO 2 but still made the GF.
99% of players would play SOO slightly injured knowing they will aggravate the injury & then have to sit out NRL games.

I'd back Robbo's interview today. He says he's good to go. nrl physio is knowledgeable, but he's just saying what he's heard from some whacko guy. Spose we'll find out for sure on Sunday.

Origin's a double-edged sword. Seems like we've come out of it okay injury-wise, it will only help the confidence of Latrell, Teddy etc. come the big end of season games.

Wouldn’t you be happy if Cordner plays well over 300 games like Gallen has??

Not if he is found guilty of being a drug cheat.

Yeah but worse case he would miss 4 games and move on to win a grand final a couple seasons later.

If true then it's getting beyond a joke.

We need players loyal to the RWB first and foremost.

The Knights can have him and we'll sign TPJ for that money as he doesn't play Origin.

Absolutely I would. I accept the loss of Cords during the origin period. I don’t like it but I accept it.

Calfs are incredibly strong weight bearing muscles if you tear/strain them it takes weeks to recuperate because of constant retearing, due to excess use. Easts medical staff obviously knew this.
Why he was cleared for O3 is a mystery.

TPJ apparently has changed his mind and now wants to play Origin in the future if selected
