Ive got this bad feeling that Thurston will be the best player on the ground on Saturday night & get the Cowboys the win.
Having no Keary & playing either Matterson or SOS at 5/8 is a big leg up for Thurston. I say the upset is a certainee. Prove me wrong Chooks.
Yep we have a history of dropping these type of games. If we can beat them convincingly, we are sitting well and truely pretty!

This is quite an important game. We need to win this one, especially with the Rabbidopes coming up. Not saying we can’t beat them, just that without Luke Keary, it will be harder

We'll be right. They've been pretty bad all year and no reason to think anything much will change here. Us easily, 20+ with a leg in the air.

The next few games will be a little tougher with Keary out,but I’m confident Robbo will get them up this week to beat the Cows!

That's what I expect to happen.
Why would Robbo name SOS. Not necassary. Just keep the opposition guessing. The side named on Tuesday is BS. I never go looking for the side named on Tuesday's.

I expect a solid performance resulting in a win.
Keen to see how the coach’s coach keeps the squad focused on this his weeks game and not ahead to the Bunnies game. Crucial this time of year.
              ..it’ll be interesting to see

                Could complaceny be a factor?

Baptiste was named on the bench for Wyong too.

On paper you'd say this Cowboys team is stronger than the one that made the GF last year.

As long as Toups not selected as bench winger I’m ok.

seriously, agree R6 that SOS will play at 6

Not if the “coach whisperer “ is doing what he’s paid to do.

Skeez every time cords or robbo is asked about finals or another big upcoming game they always bring it back to a week to week proposition, seems to work?

That’s why this weekend is a test for their philosophy.

If our pack isn’t fired up to prove a point after the prelim last year, then I don’t think we have the right mentality to win the comp. This is a game that our pack needs to dominate, for their own head space heading into September. If our pack dominates, we will be unstoppable.

Well let's hope that what happened to the broncos last night doesn't happen to us on Saturday.
