Both Lam and SOS won't be here next year so it is a smart move to chase Kyle Flanagan. I am sure Flanno Snr will be OK with his son learning his trade of Cooper Cronk.

Townsend is very average. Kyle Flanagan is the heir apparent and Shane knows it.
Sharks would be silly to go into the market place and spend big $$ on a replacement half when they've groomed one at a third the market price.

Not everyone is obsessed with coaching their son like Ivan.

Lots of high shots and lots of attitude. "Run at me, you pussy!" he shouts! Anyway, he is soon out of puff. Play moves 50 metres downfield. Where is this loudmouth 17, I wonder? Then, I spot him. Still walking back at snails pace. "Have a run 17", I called out to the amusement of all. Well, he wheels around and all he can muster is "I'll have a run at your mother!" He's about as clever as he is fit. So, knowing Mum was in palliative care at the time (the 17 couldn't have known that but those around me did) I yell back "You'd have to catch her first, you fat c***!". To say that he copped it for the rest of the afternoon is an understatement! Aaah, park footy eh?!
