Fact is we've had better success with "outsiders" coaching than we have had with blokes who were involved with the Club.

Gould was an outsider who had moderate success, Graeme Murray managed to get us to a GF. Then there was Stuart.

In fact during our most succesful period in the past 30 odd years, "outsiders" were in charge of the players - eg; Gould, Murray and Stuart.
