          Assuming Napa out I'd go

          Pack:
          JWH, Friend, Tet
          Cords, Aubbo
          Radley

          Bench:
          14. Matterson
          15. Taka
          16. Lui
          17. Collins

Spreads the size around, Aubbo at right edge will cost us in attack but he is a machine in defense and probably still has a motor big enough to play long minutes, if not, Matto or Liu can step in. Tet would need to be spelled as soon as he looks dodgey, and JWH needs big minutes too.

Collins is not great, but if we go in with a plan for him to play along side Taka and Liu for 10-15min stint either side of half time he should do ok and dent the line. This is quite different from Butcher, who has no impact in attack.

Basically the idea is to plan the usage of Collins, ask Aubbo and Tet to step up, and use the rest as impact as soon as our defense starts to suffer in the middle. Max out the usage of our bench guys that normally play small minutes.

I'm not convinced holding a fresh reserve and rotating props and locks makes sense (though we do mix right edge rotation in too, depending on sin bins and injuries).

I’d be moving Isaac to prop.
This is the obvious answer to the Napa suspension.

Napa's suspension is really going to show up our achillies heel, lack of another two good size props, we sign back after back, and have a couple of midget back up props, it will cost us any chance of going far into the finals.

I also think Napa being suspended is detrimental to our chances. The last thing I want to see is midget Butcher running up the middle. We have known all year we are a prop short. Let’s hope JWH stays healthy otherwise we are out in straight sets. It’s a shame FPN didn’t come good this year but that’s no suprise.

I worry that including big bodies like Collins or Farmer Silly would increase our error rate. They are undoubtedly the future, but we need to be completing our sets and those guys are possibly undercooked atm.

                          Butcher for me.

Butcher for me over Napa anyway. One less bonehead to wreck our chances.

We're down to 3 now - Fergo Toops Friend.

If they stick to what they do best and minimise the errors then we'll be fine.

We knew end of last year our prop rotation was a little thin and needed to be addressed, but didn’t seem to fix the problem,

Now we find ourselves in a hole searching for an appropriate replacement.

I have no doubt a prop will be bought for next year!

Blood the Farmer ASAP ...has FPN got anything in him left to give?.Surely there must be a little fire in that belly of his.
