latrell had his arm wrapped under dugans neck, while his other arm was under the arm pit locked to his other hand, and then dropped him to the ground.
We are lucky he only got a grade one, and with nothing to lose, uncle nick can hire the best, but still not sure what the defence will be.
the only way he would of got off easily was if he released his grip before he dropped him to the ground.

NRL knee jerked in response to the media circus. People are seriously worried we are gonna win this thing, and with good reason.
Hire a QC and get them to do their legal thing. Uncle Nick can afford it.
I'd be amazed if we don't fight this.
We have to fight the charge. No sst or Mitchell and we have a goal kicking problem.
A good barrister will be worth it.

Looks like we should not challenge too me

Mitchell has received a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge for an incident that occurred in the 42nd minute of the match on Sharks player Josh Dugan.
The base penalty for the charge is 100 points.
Should the Club enter an Early Guilty Plea, Mitchell will receive 90 points with an additional 75 Carry-Over points to be added and be unavailable for selection in the Preliminary Final .
If the Club elects to enter a Not Guilty Plea and are unsuccessful with their case, he will receive 125 points.
The Club has until 12pm Monday to enter a plea.

Listening to the Groncos v Dragqueens today & the sentiment from the panel was......
Matthew Elliot called it ridiculous & said some responsibility has to be on Dugan as he turned his back & put his head in that position. He thinks no chance he gets done.
Cant remember the other 2 bozos on the commentary but the both said they can't possibly see how he can get done.So different to the 9 knobs last night who highlighted it in a push to have him suspended.
