Agreed, Just keep in mind with all the character rewrites for Slater this is the same guy who led with the boots on the ground and in the air against opposing players and was the catalyst for rule changes on the grounds of his behaviour for leading with your feet on the ground.

It was a BLATANT shoulder charge. It was PREMEDITATED, he admits he did it because he thought the winger would step inside. He could have spread his arms but he knew he couldn't stop him that way. Yes and I was filthy when Luke Ricketson got rubbed out of a GF for a bitch slap. But the NRL in its wisdom decided that rules are rules.
