No name was mentioned, so the name I do not know...but other forumites here have hinted at who they think it could be, or they know it to be.

"Loose lips sink ships"...remember what happened with Bennett?

The little birdies are more careful what they chirp these days. :-) as they should be.

I wouldn't tell anyway...secrets are secrets, there are too many leaks in the joint already.

'Reportedly' being the operative world, I don't claim to know absolutely.

It would make sense to sign one if available though, for the future.

I hear Carney will be a free agent soon. Any chance we'd sack him to resign him

Cancel one contract, and make up another one for much less...all nice and legal.
          Possible, but very unlikely.

If he and his manager have any sense they'll grab the France offer and run with it while/if they still have the chance.
If they hang about waiting for an NRL club [if they don't already have one lined up] they might miss out on France and another club and finish up with nothing.

Seems to me that the club is arranging the France deal.

Maubs and Kennedy slot straight back into the starting line-up without any hesitation.

Kennedy is the young Ryles without the ill-discipline. Future leader of the pack. Very Matt Scott-like.

MAubs is one of the more complete and dependable footballers on our team. Mr 1%ers. One of the best front on and cover defenders in the NRL. Can break the line with good hole running. Has fantastic hands for a forward.

Tasi and JWH on bench as rotation props - unless JWH gets pushed into the backrow in which case, Masoe comes on.

Guerra and Cordner as the other two second rowers.

            FPN Bench.

            Mitchell/Bosden - bench.

I really wish Brian would consider playing Pearce at hooker if Jake goes down.

That would allow us to have a big bench.

I've accepted the fact that we have to carry braith in the halves for another year.

Who knows, he might surprise me next year.

Low expectations always lead to pleasant surprises.

I always recall Warren Ryan's recipe for premiership success -- you buy forwards, forwards, forwards, forwards; then when you think you have enough forwards, buy a few more.

About as much chance as this guy - wait 'til the end.

The front row and back-row have great stocks, i think the signings we have made of Bosden and Ailomai are good but not needed. For me the back-row we produced towards the back-end of this season in great, with losing Linnett and Graham I would put Aubusson into the centres, only because he has played there before, I know he had his best season in the 2nd-row (2010) but his a fantastic defensive player and great ball-runner espically hole-running, so my pack & bench would be:
                        8. Ryles
                        9. Friend
                        10. Kennedy
                        11. Cherrington/Takarangi
                        12. Guerra
                        13. FPN

                        14. Masoe
                        15. Tasi
                        16. JWH
                        17. Mitchell
