Depends too much on whether Carney plays or not.

If he doesn't then we can probably afford to and benefit from playing Maubs at lock but if he does play then we really need to go for a hard working lock.

I have big concerns over our depth in the backline. Especially on the wings and at fullback, hopefully a few signings to come?

That team would take some stopping.

I like to see JWH off the bench as a prop, he gets into faces of opposition forwards and you can see they are intimidated, they rarely make eye contact with their snarling nemisis.

No, but his big contract shouldn't mean he is gifted a 1st grade spot regardless of form (especially as we have some more options, who can actually tackle with their shoulders).

Not sure why so many have dropped one of Ryles or Kennedy, they're quite comfortable our two best front rowers at the moment with the runs on the board. Lets not get too far ahead of ourselves like we did last season.

I think theres more chance of Tasi becoming a Second Rower then JWH.
Ryles theres no doubt after the year he had this year he deserves 1 Front Row spot.
I left Guerra out, if he re-signs id replace Taka with Guerra.
Id make Cordner into a utility, i think A.Mitchell isnt what we need long term IMO.
Moga is only 17 so id give him a full year in the NYC and maybe bring him up for 1 or 2 games if his form is good.
I also think players to push for spots will be Ailamaio, Evans and Lowe.
