Just cancelled my Foxtel subscription. Tired of their anti rooster stance. They pushed and pushed for Mitchell’s and Napa’s suspensions and now Slaters exoneration. Not giving them my money to listen to them running down rooster players. Also cancelled some other things. What’s the point in supporting a sport that’s run by a kangaroo court? We have to vote with our $$$.“Soon will the present day order be rolled up, and a new one spread out in its stead”- (Baha’u’llah)

We have to learn to speak out against unfairness and not just let it go or it will continue.

I don't know why people talk up sides like the Storm, Broncos and souffs when only the Storm comes close to us on post 2000 success and we havnt been done for cheating. We still cop a flogging from the media, the refs and the judiciaries and still are probably the most successful club so far this century.FVCK CANCER

We'll still beat them.
I'm flying down from country Queensland with my son - having a day out at the Rocks (Octoberfest) on Saturday and then going to my first grand final.
Costing me a few grand for the weekend but wouldn't miss it for the world.#We Stand with ourJewish community#

Because Im born & bred an Easts man.
Hopefully I can still get into the Leagues club after the Roosters win the comp like I did in 2002 & 2013.

I show my colours, I was the only person I saw in the Sydney CBD wearing a Roosters jersey (at work) today.
I'd say I'm pretty much exactly the kind of fan the Roosters and the NRL should want.
This Slater issue has left me feeling so disappointed in the game I have followed for 45 years that I am struggling to feel excited. Genuinely made me feel sorry about buying GF tickets.
**** Salter, **** the NRL. Easts to Win.Originally posted by jism
I saw Reynolds crying in front of me after the game and yelled out 'WHAT ARE YOU CRYING ABOUT?!?!? GO SAY SORRY TO COOPER YOU GRUB!!!' He looked up at me with a pretty broken looking face.

You still have time mate to show your true colours (red, white & blue) & get out to the game to support the best footy club in the world. Dont worry about Slater or the NRL get out there & support the ESRLFC.

My young fella started training during the last few weeks of the junior season to see if he liked playing league in preparation for playing a full season next year. He loved it but after seeing the whole Slater debacle he has lost interest. He asks why Slater is allowed to play after breaking the rules and to be honest, i find it hard to explain it to him.
We have now decided that league isn’t the right sport for him and will be looking at other sports that are interest to him instead.FVCK CANCER

Because of Slater your young fella doesnt want to play anymore. Get him into soccer & take him to soccer games since this Slater incident has affected you & your family so much.
Go the MIGHTY ROOSTERS.

If easts mean sooooo much to you, you wouldn’t have been defending souffs they way you have been lately. Oh yeah, you were born and bred in the eastern suburbs so you must be a true fan tho!FVCK CANCER
